“This resort was awesome. The staff treated us like royalty. The atmosphere was so relaxing. Tha bar staff attendants were the best, especially in the pool. I would like for the cart service to be available 24/7. We would have also liked to have music at the pool bar. This is a wellness resort but even in rejuvenation it's okay to have some fun. It would have been nice if they offered cart rides to the sister resort for exploration.”

“The grounds are beautiful, even though there are remnants from the hurricane. The staff is friendly. The beaches and pools are clean. The food is great. Two things I'm not a fan of, however, is the restaurants. Some are adults only, and the good ones aren't included in the packages. I got the LEVEL package which includes many extra goodies(top-shelf liquor, anyone?) But not the steak and lobster nor the hibachi. Otherwise, it's a wonderful spot, not only for adults, but for kids as well. The other is that staff, for some reason, once a day, the come around, knock on my doors and if we don't open, they open it and ask if anything is needed... certainly not a fan of this practice.”
