“Aceptable apenas.Caro para ser realidad un 3 estrellas c suerte. No es 4 estrellas. La zona muy mala, es barrio chino. Lo de Tribeca y su glamour es falso. La vista sólo buena desde azotea terraza. La comida pésima. Pagué la habitación club más cara y fue decepcionante. No lo recomiendo. El peor sheraton q visité. Los comentarios positivos no deben ser reales.”

“I've never had any worst hotel breakfast with abysmal choice. They didn't even have water so I had to drink 7 up for breakfast which was awful. Only offering was a dry bagel with cream cheese. And a cereal offering with two options. Eggs were dry. Bacon was rock solid. The view is great from the club lounge but not when you have to eat $#&_@. Coffee maker in the room was broken. The person who was supposed to bring up the replacement never came. The faucet in the room was broken. Asked for it to be changed but had to call twice more to actually get service. We are life time titanium so we've seen a lot of Sheratons and Marriott chains but this was one of the worst. Not recommended.”
