I have been staying at this hotel, for business, since March. Until today, I would have given this hotel 4 or even 5 stars. Alexis, the front desk clerk, ruined my entire experience. I have spent thousands of dollars on hotel rooms here, and would have continued staying here until sometime later this year or early next year. Upon check-out this morning, I asked her to hold my small duffel bag for me, until I returned on Monday (as they have done for me this whole time), and she refused. I will spare you all of the details, but she was terribly rude and unprofessional. I cancelled all of my upcoming reservations and will never stay at this hotel ever again. Alexis also hung up on me - TWICE - when I attempted to call the hotel to speak to a manager and she refused to transfer my call.

Todo es nuevo y está muy bien hecho: amplias habitaciones con espejos, enchufes eléctricos y puertos USB donde los desee, cafetería en la habitación y cómodas camas. Muy impresionado con el personal, desde el personal de recepción bien informado y acogedor, el barman de la cafetería y el equipo de limpieza que se aseguraron de que estuviéramos al tanto de los restaurantes, atracciones y eventos cercanos. El WiFi era rápido, el área del vestíbulo estaba bien iluminada y tenía muchos asientos. Limpio y reluciente y nunca tuvimos que esperar por el ascensor. ¡Definitivamente regresaré!

Fantastic stay! The property is centrally located (walking distance to downtown). Everything is brand new and really well done - large guest rooms with mirrors, electric outlets and USB ports where you’d want them, in room coffee bar and comfortable beds. Very impressed with the staff — from the knowledgeable and welcoming front desk staff, cafe bartender and housekeeping crew who made sure we were aware of nearby restaurants, attractions and events. WiFi was fast, lobby area was well lit and had plenty of seating. Sparkling clean and we never had to wait for elevator. Will definitely be back!

Muito ótima estadia. Esteve aqui para um casamento no mês passado e foi excepcional. Todos os funcionários foram muito simpáticos, o hotel estava impecável e em uma ótima localização. Os quartos eram muito limpos e confortáveis, com bom isolamento de som de outros quartos.

This hotel is nice and the suite was very spacious, but I would not advise couples use them for wedding hotel rooms.The staff was all really nice, but they were pretty disorganized. We booked a suite and a room next to it to use while getting ready the morning of our wedding, and I even confirmed that via email with one of their staff members the week leading to the wedding. Upon check in they had assigned us to two rooms on separate floors (luckily they fixed it right away) The most disappointing aspect though was that the hotel was supposed to inform any of our guests at check in that there was a limo shuttle to the wedding, and that didn't happen which caused a lot of confusion for our guests.Also - the rooms are not sound proofed well, you can hear cars and motorcycles from the street very clearly all night

VERY great stay. Was here for a wedding this past month and it was exceptional. All the staff were very friendly, hotel was spotless and in a great location. Rooms were very clean and comfortable with good sound isolation from other rooms.

From the moment you walk into the big beautiful lobby you will know you have arrived at a brand new Marriott property. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. I will not forget Desiree or Jayvon . Shannon in the bistro is a hard worker and they are lucky to have her. The bed, the linens, the towels and accessories are top notch. Can’t wait to come back.

La ducha es por eso que le di 4 estrellas.La cama era lujosa. Definitivamente hizo el viaje.El restaurante tiene horarios extraños y cierra temprano para un grupo de bodas que tuvieron que acomodar. El buen servidor todavía me hizo un pedido. Zona muy segura y excelente ubicación en el Centro.

A pressão da água era baixa no 4º andar e proporcionava uma experiência de banho fria / fria. O chuveiro é por isso que eu dei 4 estrelas.A cama era luxuosa. Definitivamente fez a viagem.O restaurante tem horários estranhos e fechou cedo para um grupo de casamento que eles tiveram que acomodar. O bom servidor ainda fez um pedido para mim. Front desk reps are wonderful. Room was modern and chic.Shower was basically mediocre.Very hard to adjust water temperature and no closing shower door. Water pressure was low on 4th floor and made for a chilly/drafty shower experience. The shower is why I gave it 4 stars.The bed was luxurious. Definitely made the trip.The restaurant has odd hours and closed early for a wedding group they had to accommodate. The nice server still snuck an order in for me. Very safe area and great location in Downtown.

Just stayed there and staff was terrific. Miss the days of free coffee and a newspaper however. Courtyard should rethink that. One big thing to me - no safe in the guest rooms. Have to take laptop, etc. every time you leave.

One of the best hotel experiences I've had. The service was out of this world. The hotel is basically brand new. The heated parking garage was a god send especially having days where the high was 0 degrees. I look forward to visiting this location in the future.
