“*Take in consideration COVID* Pool closed and slight breakfast is available. I had a reservation and I was attended quickly. Staff is friendly. Facility is clean. The room was clean. Only complaint is there was a big puddle of water coming from the AC unit.”

“Dirty carpet in the room, hand prints and smears on window, grass in the bed sheets, what appeared to be bodily fluids on a lamp shade, white spatters on bathroom morror-may have been toothpaste. When I complained, the employee kindly got us to another room which was also dirty and had a strong smoke odor, the irony was that there was a no smoking sign on the entertainment center. We left and went to another hotel. We gave Quality Inn a try due to good reviews and pictures online and were surprised at the low price...too good to be true! Spend the extra money for peace of mind, you definitely get what you pay for and I learned my lesson. I will say that the staff was mostly friendly, but was a little defensive when I mentioned the state of the rooms.”
