Um hotel muito bom, uma boa recepção, um serviço de bagagem está disponível o tempo para recuperar seu quarto e andar é mais fácil. Nenhum problema de som ou carpete, o banheiro é um pouco pequeno, mas é bom. Um bom hotel em si.

Quarto no 6º andar, quarto 603, é um quarto para 4 mas que já foi usado para 2, muito espaço, espaço para colocar a sua bagagem e possivelmente fazer o seu yoga. A roupa de cama é muito confortável, almofada ergonômica, o sono é restaurador. Nenhum ruído seja no chão ou vindo dos vizinhos, nenhum som parasita virá para incomodá-lo. O café da manhã é muito bem servido em estilo buffet e o café é delicioso. O hotel em geral está muito bem localizado ao lado da estação de trem Perrache e perto de restaurantes e lojas. Outros pontos positivos, o suficiente para fazer um café com chá, é prático. Tem ainda à sua disposição o produto para o duche. Duas pequenas desvantagens, no entanto, o tamanho do elevador e o layout da porta para chegar ao chuveiro. Conclusão, hotel muito bom com tudo que você precisa e a equipe é muito agradável, para voltar.

Hotel temático de música jazz. Eu diria que parece bom. O quarto em que fiquei era grande o suficiente, mas o banheiro era minúsculo. Obviamente não há bidê (como os franceses farão?) E pia na sala (???). A limpeza deixa um pouco a desejar e o carpete do chão não é aspirado diariamente. Os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos, mas não falam inglês, apenas feancese

Decent hotel well located right beside Perrache train station which is a couple of stops/15-20min away from Part Dieu train station.Service staff was polite and helpful and overall check in/out process was smooth.Room itself was alright though small especially the toilet (felt claustrophobic in there). There were crumbs left over on the table from previous guests and the carpeted floor didn’t feel quite clean but didn’t fuss over these.This is good for an affordable one night stay at least! Hotel decente bem localizado ao lado da estação de trem Perrache, que fica a algumas paradas / 15 a 20 minutos da estação de trem Part Dieu.A equipe de serviço foi educada e prestativa e o processo geral de check-in/out foi tranquilo.Quarto em si era bom, embora pequeno, especialmente o banheiro (senti claustrofóbico lá). Havia migalhas sobre a mesa de hóspedes anteriores e o piso acarpetado não parecia muito limpo, mas não se preocupava com isso.Isso é bom para uma estadia acessível de uma noite, pelo menos!

Localização geográfica ideal. O resto deve ser evitado. Preço exorbitante para um hotel deste padrão. Muitos benefícios não são percebidos. O ar condicionado não funciona, então o calor não é possível. Como indicação, todos os hotéis ao redor estão cheios porque é o fim de semana do Tour de France e este Kyriad está deserto. Isso dá uma indicação da qualidade.

Nada q ver con las fotos.La habitacion con ventanas casi en el techo q daban a un deslunado viejo Los cojines de la cama sucios y con pelos Decepcion total menos mal q solo era una noche .me daba la sensacion de estar en un zulo

I'm really disappointed by this hotel. The room was small and dark, even more my glasses was stolen (brown Ray-Ban) from the table - of course nobody has seen them. It happened fist time since all my travel experience. In addition the breakfast is moderate + paid parking. Very weak WiFi

For what we wanted it was a good choice. Pros: - - A sub-5 minute walk to Lyon Perrache if, like us, you needed to check out early and be on your way. - Excellent front desk staff. - A leisurely half-hour walk to Lyon Vieux along the Saône. - Reasonable sized rooms for travelers who only want a room as a place to rest their heads at night. - Well cleaned each day. Cons: - - Would benefit from a safe in the rooms, I would expect that of a hotel chain like Kyriad. - Paper-thin walls mean that when the couple next door turn the TV on at 4am each morning of your holiday you hear every word as if you were in the room. - A few bit around the room were broken or had seen better days.

Great and friendly stuff. We felt welcomed there. We got a nice and cosy room which was enough for the price we paid (the bathroom looked a bit old, but still OK). The breakfast was good as well. Would come back there again.

La ubicación puede ser buena ya que se encuesta a pocos pasos de la estación de transporte público. El hotel se siente descuidado. El elevador es demasiado estrecho. La ducha es muy pequeña y el Wi-Fi es muy inconsistente. El personal es muy amable.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES STAY HERE!! To start off our room had no Internet access as signal was to low. Room had no security safe, so for a short time we left the belongings in the room the money was stolen from a wallet, and nothing was done upon a complaint. Rate was ridiculous for such a crappy place.Response to owner: We can check my booking records, which shows I have stayed at over 30 different hotels. I have never tried to defame any of those hotels as I never had an issue. Only your hotel seemed to have a problem. Your hotel lacked basic safety features, and cost same price a wonderful 4 star hotel I am currently staying at. You just made yourself look foolish by calling your customer a liar. Do you really think that I would do nothing when your staff steals my money and do nothing about it when I bring this up at the front desk? You didnt even have a book of complaints for us to fill in which is a legal requirement for hotels in alot of countries!!!!!! Report me, I will do best I can to communicate my experience to as many customers as I can. And for this service and disgusting answer you deserve to get your hotel removed from booking websites.

A great place to stay because of tram and train to get around . Cleaning was ok no feminine bags in bathroom and no bin , a strange seating esp for older people. Circle seat , no mirror in the bathroom & no coathangers 6 for two people no shelves or draws . Good coffee phasilities . Very disappointed with breakfast staff attitude Which management did deal with but certainly upset me and my spouse . I'm hoping this has been improved. Bar and jazz club was outstanding and food Was definitely enjoyable .

Good sized room for a French city. Excellent location, right next to the rail station. Staff very friendly. They held our luggage and refrigerated our wine after we checked out until we departed Lyon.

Stayed here for two nights during a business trip. My room was very clean and seemed to be newly renovated. The hotel is directly beside Perrache railway station and you can get there from the Airport very easly through Rhone Express and the metro. It's only view minutes walk to the nice city center with a lot of barsand bistros.
