“We stayed here for one night and the location of the the hotel is amazing overlooking the cathedral and the square. We travelled by motorbike and the secure parking was key to our booking €20 a night. We looked at other reviews which noted it was down a side road behind the hotel, you collect a ticket and a garage door opens and you go down a ramp (was easy enough for us on motorbikes, so even easier in a car) pay at reception before you leave, then press the button at the bottom of the ramp and the door will be opened by the receptionist.
Service from reception and the restaurant was excellent. A great choice at the buffet breakfast to start the stay. Rooms and bathroom were also a great size. Well done to the team, we will be going back on our way home to the UK via Santander.”

“Excellent location. The tram and tourist office are right outside. The basilica, Goya museum and tourist bus are all only a short walk away. Unfortunately the hotel restaurant and bar were closed but there are lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Our room was spacious and clean with a lovely river view. The breakfast was very good and the staff were extremely pleasant. We would definitely stay here again.”
