Primeiro atendente no check in naonfoi nada simpático. Quarto ao entrar mesmo não fumante cheirava muito a cigarro e tivemos que trocar. Restaurante não funciona 24h. Ar condicionado não refrigerava.

Ótimo hotel perto da área industrial de Morfelden. Pequeno-almoço variado e abundante. Imediatamente me senti em casa, mesmo que seja um hotel. Ambiente tranquilo e relaxante, que serve para recuperar o stress da jornada de trabalho. Para voltar absolutamente.

Quarto limpo e arrumado com cama muito confortável e área de trabalho / secretária. Pessoal muito simpático na recepção e sala de pequenos-almoços. O hotel é um 3 estrelas, considerando o nível de conforto, mobiliário e serviço. A maior desvantagem é a localização, no meio do nada. Outro grande problema era que o restaurante estava fechado naquela noite em particular e o bar não tinha comida disponível. Parecia que a única alternativa era pedir uma pizza de fora. Além disso, o buffet de café da manhã é muito, muito básico.

Clean and tidy room with very comfortable bed and desk/working area. Very friendly staff at the reception and breakfast room. The hotel is a 3 star, considering the level of comfort, furnishings and service. The major drawback is the location, in the middle of nowhere. Another big problem was that the restaurant was closed in that particular evening and the bar didn't have any food available. It seemed the only alternative was to order a pizza from outside. Also the buffet breakfast is very, very basic.

Very bad experience. We stayed there for one night due to cancelation of our flight. We switched room twice. The first one had the trash in the bathroom from the previous guests. When we got in the second room there was another guest already there!!! The receptionist guy was not helpful at all, the girl that was there was more helpful and more thoughtful about the incident

Nice and clean. Not far from the airport. Shuttle service charge of 5 Euro. Only negative is the bed duvet is just too hot. Would prefer option of bed sheet and light blanket. 😴

No geral, eu realmente gosto da minha estadia aqui por 2 noites. O serviço foi incrível pela equipe. Especialmente o cara chamado Sherif. Ele sabe tudo sobre o que é atendimento ao cliente e é muito amigável.O negativo seria: - Café da manhã caro 22 euros. - Sem estacionamento gratuito para os hóspedes. 12 euros por dia. - Não há geladeira funcionando no quarto. - A cortina não estava pendurada corretamente, o que poderia ter sido um conserto fácil.

Overall I really enjoy my stay here for 2 nights. The service was awesome by the staff. Especially the guy named Sherif. He knows all about what customer service is and is very friendly. The negative would be: - Expensive breakfast 22 euros. - No free parking for guests. 12 euros per day. - No working fridge in the room. - The curtain wasn't hanging properly which could have been an easy fix.

The hotel is open and has really nice rooms but I think they are getting in in age.My shower was ok, bathroom was old.There is direct parking in front and below the hotel.So the downsides, as a business person I require fast and efficient Internet, their fast Internet is 10 Euro a day at a speed of max 4 to 5 MB which is really slow.As the hotel was pretty much empty, stability and speed was ok.2nd negative thing - the cost of breakfast.22 euro for breakfast which I turned down, I just could never eat the food worth 22 euro so didn't choose to eat there.Location does not have alot nearby but there is a place to get fuel very close by.For me it's an average rating.The front reception staff were friendly and helpful which always makes a difference if I return or not.I will go back as its a reasonable hotel.

I am a frequent business traveler and I had the opportunity to visit the specific hotel due to a conference which was taking place there. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Special thanks to Mrs. Vanessa at the reception who assisted us in the most gentle and professional way. Generally all staff went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting

Very nice Hotel near Frankfurt. Not so far away from Frakfurt Airport but far enough not to hear the noise from the airport. If you have the pet, dog, like we, it is a dog friendly hotel. Just near the hotel is a lake which makes great to walk your dog around it or if you prefer jogging outside. Definitively value for money and there is a free coffee machine at the reception, what a treat.

We enjoyed being there. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Nice size of the room. Nice buffet for breakfast. Big special thanks to Sherif, who made our stay so much fun. We will remember him for being funny, kind and extremely helping.

I guess the old saying applies: "you get what you pay for - you don't get what you don't pay for. Out of the way. Very plain. Step through a heavy cloud of smokers to get in the front door. Front desk chatting with the cleaning person - neither offer a smile nor a friendly greeting. Reminds one of a Motel 6 in America - but they won't even leave a light on for you.

A very large group of people missed their flight and we stayed at this hotel. They welcomed us professionally, calmly and with open arms. No one likes to miss their flight. So they made sure our rooms were ready and they were trying to make the check-in process go as smoothly as possible. The breakfast was also nice with many options to choose from. It is about 15 minutes away from the airport. The hotel room is spacious, clean and with bathroom amenities provided.

Nos fue muy mal. Le pongo una estrella por pena. Nos quedamos en este alojamiento porque teníamos el traslado al aeropuerto y estando los primeros, el chófer del bus noa dejó en la parada y era el último servicio. Nos trato muy mal y tuvimos que coger un taxi y pagarlos nosotros. No tuvo en consideración ni siquiera 1ue íbamos con un niño.

Fatal el olor a Tabaco en toda la habitación, después de habernos cambiado de habitación pues no funcionaba la luz de la primera habitación asignada,el inodoro de esta segunda habitación atascado pues no se debió de revisar cuando se limpió en su momento, la cena mal y el desayuno Bien.

La fachada muy bonita... cuando accedes a las habitaciones del hotel la cosa cambia un poco... Si padeces de alergia a los ácaros no te recomiendo este hotel, las moquetas son un poco antiguas y los ácaros hacen fiesta. Si vas al recinto ferial de Frankfurt te recomiendo buscar un hotel más cerca ya que en caso de nevada si coges un taxi te puede cobras 60€ de ida y 60€ de vuelta así que pagar un hotel más caro compensa.Cuando estuve allí la cocina no funcionaba por un problema de fontanería por eso y por la moqueta le doy 3 estrellas.

Recepción en varios idiomas. Muy amable. Wifi de media velocidad pero cumple. Me quedé por una noche y fue uno de los mejores hoteles que visite por él precio que tiene. Muy recomendable

Un 4* muy flojo, si no os queda otra que pasar noche cerca del aeropuerto es una opción. Pero es un hotel muy envejecido , los bancos están muy anticuados. Lo que es cierto es que son habitaciones amplías. Lo dicho para pasar una noche y algo justito

El hotel es muy moderno y cómodo. La atención excelente. Los domingos tenes late check out hasta las 17 hs. El desayuno es muy completo solo faltan frutas. Tiene la contra que está lejos de todo. Tiene bus desde y hasta el aeropuerto incluido

Cercano al aeropuerto de Frankfurt. Habitacion confortabe y limpia. Desayuno muy variado, muy bueno. Servicio y atencion, deja mucho que desear. Cena buffet....preferible irse a dormir con hambre.
