Nice hotel, banheiros grandes e quartos amplos, localizado em um lugar tranquilo. Ótima seleção de café da manhã, saborosa. A desvantagem é a falta de ar condicionado, que é ruim no verão.

Nós estávamos aqui em trânsito por uma noite. A recepção no check-in foi legal. O quarto é limpo e bem conservado, mas poderia usar uma atualização (especialmente o banheiro). Observe também que o quarto não possui ar-condicionado.

Estive no hotel para uma reunião de negócios com almoço, boa infraestrutura, bom atendimento, bom buffet de almoço à tarde, definitivamente recomendado.

A comida estava boa e o ambiente era agradável. A equipe de garçons foi muito simpática e prestativa. Em particular Max que foi super atencioso e simpático em tirar uma foto de toda a família para que todos pudessem estar na foto. Não apenas o restaurante, mas também o extenso café da manhã e o belo hotel garantem que eu recomendaria definitivamente vir aqui!

Sem ler todos os comentários, pensei que este é um hotel muito bom. Desde a chegada, muito estacionamento e acesso muito fácil pela rodovia. A sensação geral é um hotel de luxo, então a atmosfera é ótima Central de atendimento super simpática e prestativa O café da manhã é ótimo, muita variedade no buffet, ótimo espaço para que você possa se sentir relaxado. O quarto é bastante grande, muito espaçoso para a Holanda imho. O banheiro tem uma banheira que posso caber, são 10 estrelas, adorando ter uma opção de banheira e chuveiro. A decoração é elegante o suficiente, datada é um estado de espírito, você teria que pagar muito mais por ter super moderno, acho que não é necessário, é de bom gosto e ainda muito acolhedor. Certifique-se de reservar para o Blake, no restaurante da casa, eles ficam ocupados rápido para que você não queira se decepcionar. Tenho certeza de que você vai gostar da sua estadia. Altamente recomendado, preferia que você tenha um carro, pois fica um pouco afastado das lojas etc. Eu voltaria... Definitivamente, minha visita foi por 5 dias.

O primeiro jantar no hotel foi um pesadelo! Chegados à sala de jantar às 19h15 conseguimos terminar às 21h30, "GRAÇAS" AO ATENDIMENTO MUITO LENTO DA COZINHA! Limpeza diária ruim! Após o primeiro dia de limpeza do nosso quarto, encontramos uma esponja esquecida na mesa!

We booked this hotel because Efteling hotels were full. We were forced to book 2 rooms due to having 3 children (young children we could have fit in 1 room). We asked for connecting rooms or next to each other and upon arrival they told us it is not possible to have that based on the reservation and would not accommodate us for anything else, so my family had to sleep separately for the two nights. Plus, the cleanliness of the room wasn’t what I would consider a high standard. There is visible mildew in the bathroom around the shower and on the ceilings.The room had hairs that did not belong to us and trash under the bed. We would have overlooked this, however,the next day we came to eat at the restaurant around 18:00, it was not full there were 3 tables and apparently they were full and had no availability for the entire evening. What an awful experience.

Everything was very well. The service is perfect. Very kind. Good breakfast. Very nice waiter called Max helped us with hot chocolate milk for our daughter. We recommend to choose NH Waalwijk.

Desperate. Won’t comment as people‘s jobs obviously depend on reviews & attitudes, but WORST NH experience ever had.(As a rule, I‘m a fan). NEVER AGAIN at this one though. If anyone should be whipped it’s the guy in the suit („Manager“) apparently. I must add though that due to an electrical failure EVERYONE was … challenged?! (Polite version of how I feel). I will be staying elsewhere when I‘m back next month.

Without reading all the reviews, I thought this is a very good hotel. From the arrival, lots of parking and very easy access from the highway. The overall feel is an upmarket hotel, so the atmosphere is great Service desk super friendly and helpful The breakfast is great,lots of variety on the buffet, great space so you can feel relaxed. The room is rather big, very spacious for Netherlands imho. Bathroom has a bath that I can fit, that's 10 stars, loving having a bath and shower option. Decor is elegant enough, dated is a state of mind, you would have to pay a lot more for having super modern, I don't think it's necessary, it's tasteful and still very welcoming. Make sure to book for the Blake, in house restaurant, they get busy quick so you don't want to be disappointed. I'm pretty positive you will enjoy your stay. Highly recommended, preferred that you have a car as it's a little off the way from shops etc. Would I be back.... Definitely, my visit was for 5 days.

Beds were comfy and the hotel is lovely however there is nothing around it and it is a 10 minute walk to the closest bus. We had issues with the aircon and it did not work so the room was extremely hot and the window did not open properly.

It was my first Hotel with a bathtub. I loved it. The room was clean, but without any reason I had a third bed and even after asking at the reception, to remove it, I had the bed for the whole two weeks in my room. The breakfast has a good selection and also some healthy options. Unfortunately I got ask every morning to show my vaccination pass (why not just write it down?!).

Hotel muy limpio, habitacion àmplia, muy comoda y confortable. Personal excelente y muy cordial. Cerca del Parque de atracciones Efteling, a unos 5 minutos en coche. Si volvemos al parque, sin duda volveriamos a este hotel

Hotel, limpio, habitaciones amplias y cuidadas, perfecto para descansar y para acercarte al Parque Efteling que está a 5 min en coche. El buffet de desayuno, recomendable, con una pequeña cocina para que los niños se preparen sus pancakes.

Está bien decorado, cuidado y limpio. El mayor problema que tiene es que sólo hay aire acondicionado en las habitaciones del 2° piso y hace mucho calor. Un NH de 4 estrellas tiene que tener aire acondicionado

Hotel fenomenal, trato del personal impecable. Tienen un juego para los niños que consiste en obtener unos stickers por cumplir unos objetivos y al final les dan un obsequio. Habitación amplia y limpia. Lo mejor, el desayuno; estaba espectacular. Totalmente recomendable para familias con niños pequeños. Muy cerca de Efteling.
