“It began wonderfully, walking into the lobby the brilliance is apparent of the design, spacious, conference hotel. Sam at front desk was wonderful. Location of hotel unrivaled. Wonderful view of lobby from bedroom.. And all was well until I noticed upon turning in the top sheet on one of the beds had a stain..after linens were changed the next morning the floor wasn't vacuumed...spotty cleaning was obvious. And the kicker, another stain on top sheet that I was just going to toss off instead of stressing, tossed off and found two drops of blood red (really red not old and washed) stain on the second sheet at the point housekeeping manager came and was "apologetic." We left. Returned. New linens. You'd think running a vacuum through the room after all of this would be..but no. Just linens. Maybe understaffed? I dont know but it really wasn't acceptable or lend to a peaceful hotel experience which we expect from Hyatt. The third star is solely for attractiveness of the lobby”

“One star for location - it's convenient for exploring the museums and monuments, a lot of restaurants around too. One star for the staff - welcoming and attentive. One star for grand foyer - especially nice on gloomy days.
Rooms need to be updated. And bedding too.
FYI - the reasonable parking is across the street in City Center underground parking garage (entrance is on the 9th street).”
