“We enjoyed our stay in Novotel. However, we were expecting to have some access in other facilities like the sauna and the gym, but those are not accessible to all customers. Nonetheless, the service was great and the staff are accommodating and attentive to our requests.
The breakfast buffet was great too!”

“Eu não entendo o que escreve que o hotel é limpo e calmo em plena força mental? Nem ele tem um gosto descendente?? Sem limpeza, sem calma e costeletas do quarto ao seu lado, e suas risadas com você! Mude o cheiro de fumaça que faz você se sentir sentado dentro dos pulmões de um fumante, desde que esteja sentado em um quarto de hotel Mesmo as coisas mais simples que deveriam estar disponíveis em um hotel de duas estrelas não são fornecidas, nem ferro ou toalhas A cama e você não sabe o que é a cama.. Eu enrolo o colchão do meu carro e durmo nele melhor para mim do que a cama ruim deles E pede pra trocar de quarto, dizem todos, e são todos iguais!! Quero dizer, eles sabem o quão ruins eles são Juro por Deus, você desrespeita o nome e a marca Novotel Ninguém se deixa enganar pelos comentários, pelas fotos nos apps de reservas ou pela marca do hotel O pior hotel em que fiquei na minha vida e não merece uma estrela”
