Major upgrades & improvements needed. Honestly the only nice thing were the chrome dumbbells in the Fitness center. Oddly when I requested a room clean @ 11am the desk agent said I had to wait until the next day to get my room serviced. Requested xtra face rags & towels. They couldn't issue me any because I guess they were limited. If I wasn't on a budget I would've chosen another hotel. Had to change rooms because the room was not even serviced. Bed not made up, window open, covers on the counter. Needless to say I won't be staying there again.

If you're18 looking for a place to stay in Phoenix, unfortunately this might be your only option. The room seemed like it was half clean, you can hear all the rooms around you, the key cards didn't work half the time we tried to use them to get into our room, breakfast was very basic, only bagels and waffles, and the whole building in general is very run-down. I would say if you're 21 to definitely consider the other hotels around because they are probably nicer, and less expensive.

The staff was polite and helpful but the property is very small, dated, and needs a good cleaning. The location is fairly close to the airport but there isn't much in the immediate area aside from other hotels. The room and bathroom were very small for the price, but most of the hotels in the PHX airport area are overpriced. I can't recommend staying here unless you're traveling alone for one night and really just need a bed for the night.

Beds are clean and comfortable. Front desk was attentive. Dirty floors, carpets. Good thing had slippers. Sink did not drain. Hot water took a long time to be even luke warm in shower. Remote control for tv did not work. Their shuttle does not have their name. Trash can in breakfast area so full, you could not add any more.

I was in a first floor room. The carpets were filthy. I had to wear my shoes all the time in my room. The linens were worn but smelled clean and fresh. The wifi had a weak signal. The mattress was very soft not good for a stomach sleeper. Definitely not a somewhere I would want to stay again but would do if there's no where else. No bedbugs in my room. Staff was friendly.
