“From the outside, this place is gorgeous. Then I touched the bellhop bag holder. It was so disgusting. Our first room had so much mold in the shower it was disgusting. That made me on the lookout for other issues. The bedsheets we're stained. They moved us to a different room and of course this shower is just as moldy. In this time of pandemic and businesses assuring the public that places are kept to higher standards of clean, you'd think the Hilton of all places would do just that. I am so disappointed in the lack of care for the health of their guests. They should hold themselves to a higher standard. If I could give them a negative star, I would”

“Afternoon and night front desk staff was great. Breakfast was well done. My room was well appointed. I received a Diamond upgrade to suite for first time in 3 years of being Diamond. Overall the service was very good. I would rate 4.5 due to interactions with the 7am front desk person. Overall, cannot complain at all. I woukd stay there if stranded in Baltimore again.”
