“Fatal customer service, when I first entered my room the shower was dirty, no telephone??? And breakfast was disgusting, no flavor no nothing, only box juice and bottled water were good”

“For a super hot day we got only one tiny water bottle, one towel for two people as soon as we were walking in our room the smell was so disgusting. It smelled humid and nasty. At night they were a lit of drunk men outside the parking lot and a lot of beer bottles thrown all over the parking lot. In the morning when we went out my car had a scratch on the trunk of my car like if they had put their cans. I will take a picture and will load it. I dont think I will stay here again.Very bad experience for me”
