Bonito hotel, bien ubicado cerca de Galerías. Con amplio estacionamiento.Económico. Fueron $1200 por noche en habitación para 4 personas con 2 camas matrimoniales ya con IVA y factura.Incluye desayuno tipo buffete básico: chilaquiles, huevo revuelto, pan dulce, pan tostado, cereal, fruta, yogurt, café, te, jugo natural.Las habitaciones son básicas y minimalistas, todo muy bonito.Esta a 5 min de una plaza con varias opciones de comida como Holy Cow, Buffalo Wild Wings, etc.Creo que la única queja que tengo es que el desayuno inicia hasta Las 7:30am. Así que los que entramos a trabajar 7:00 am ya valimos. No almorzamos.

Tivemos que ficar em Monterrey para a cirurgia ocular da minha filha, procurando e vendo comentários de outros visitantes, decidimos ficar neste agradável hotel City Express Plus Monterrey Galerías, onde fomos recebidos de uma forma muito agradável e com as devidas orientações sobre COVID, além de um grande detalhe para os amantes do café com duas máquinas de venda automática de café com chocolate cappuccino e água quente para chá, haaaa e inclui café da manhã americano. Por tudo isso e muito mais, quartos limpos e agradáveis, com móveis novos e uma vista muito bonita. Seja uma viagem de negócios ou em família, uma ótima opção 😗

Tuvimos que hospedarnos en Monterrey por una cirugía de ojos de mi hija, buscando y viendo reseñas de otros visitantes decidimos hospedarnos en este agradable Hotel City Express Plus Monterrey Galerías, dónde nos recibieron de una manera muy grata y con los debidos lineamentos sobre el COVID, así como un gran detalle para los que somos amantes del Café con dos maquinas expendedoras de café cappuccino chocolate y agua caliente para té, haaaae incluye desayuno americano. Por todo eso y más km limpias y agradables habitacionescon muebles nuevos y muy bonita vista. Ya sea viaje de negocios o familiar una Magnífica opción 😗

This place surpassed my expectations. Even though very basic, this property is at a very centric location, the hotel looks new, breakfast is included, the staff very polite and nice... even the view from my room was nice. My only feedback is that if you are a light sleeper either bring earplugs or stay at a different place because you can clearly hear the guests from contiguous rooms.

Solid choice , if you don't mind the strong smell of the floor cleaner in the room which won't go away despite the ventilation/AC unit. They advertise their higher range room has having air purifier. That's unfortunately a requirement.

Building is in good state, good to get a good night's rest and continue your journey. Breakfast that was included could improve in taste but it was okay. I had some issues with the Wi-Fi several times and the receptionist was very kind by lending me an ethernet cable which I could plug in my room to my laptop and only then I was able to finish my work - a total life saver. Thank you. There's a convenience store a block away and a drug store too. I found that the shower in my room didn't have good pressure but the bathroom was clean. It was very quiet in the night so I could sleep very well, would definitely stay there again.

Clean hotel. Close to all you want in Monterrey. Great breakfast to get your day going. A shot from my 6 floor room. Rooms a basic. But the bed is great and the shower clean and comfy.

Convenient location at a fair price. Room on first floor was a bit small, but reasonable. Breakfast was decent and on par with other City Express hotels or similar hotels.

The rooms is very small is not space on the room at all if you like the room to rest only itâs good but there no space in the hotel for nothing there no pool there no free areas I asked for a room...

Front desk tried to charge me again even though i paid via kayak. She didnât believe me. Beds are okay no hot water though.. everything else was ok... its just the typical Mexican stay. Safe parking...
