Já fiquei neste hotel muitas vezes. Em outubro de 2021 reservei uma suíte de 2 camas e 2 banheiros para abril de 2022. O site informava que havia estacionamento de cortesia, como sempre foi o caso. Na verdade, fiquei no NYE e isso ainda era verdade na época, então sei com certeza que era preciso em outubro. Fui fazer o check-in no início deste mês e eles rescindiram o estacionamento gratuito - boom, taxa de US $ 80. Então eu subi para o quarto e eles removeram o 2º banheiro! Entendo que mudanças acontecem, mas reservei e paguei por um determinado serviço e não recebi o que paguei. Isso realmente não é bom para pessoas que reservaram há muito tempo! Eu sei que eles não poderiam me dar um segundo banho mágico, mas eles poderiam pelo menos honrar o estacionamento gratuito que fazia parte do serviço quando reservei. Eu definitivamente nunca mais voltarei, aos meus olhos eles roubaram de mim.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. In October 2021 I booked a 2-bed 2-bath suite for April 2022. The website stated that there was complimentary parking, as has always been the case. I actually stayed on NYE and that was still true then, so I know for a fact that it was accurate as of October. I went to check in earlier this month and they rescinded the free parking - boom, $80 charge. Then I got up to the room and they removed the 2nd bathroom! I understand that changes happen, but I booked and paid for a given service and then did not receive what I paid for. That is REALLY not ok for people who booked a long time ago! I know they couldn’t magic me a second bath, but they could have at least honored the free parking that was part of the service back when I booked it. I definitely won’t ever be back again, in my eyes they stole from me.

Este lugar poderia ser tão grande. Na verdade, quando eu fiquei aqui alguns anos atrás, era. Relativamente barato em comparação com outros hotéis da região e estacionamento gratuito. A primeira noite ficamos em um quarto com 2 rainhas. Tudo parecia, no mínimo, higiênico. Não como super limpo (marcas de mancha no vidro / cabeceira parecem gordurosas), mas limpo o suficiente para não me enojar completamente. Na segunda noite, mudamos para uma suíte maior com 2 camas queen size e um sofá-cama. O quarto era mais confortável em termos de tamanho, mas este era apenas sombrio. Manchas no sofá, detritos no chão do banheiro. Pias super pequenas, uma das quais parecia que poderia cair. O lugar parece que precisa de uma limpeza profunda. Um pouco de TLC. Quando eu pedi para a limpeza voltar, me disseram que eles tinham ido embora para o dia. Parece que os donos decidiram pagar um garoto de 15 anos para jogar um pouco de tinta na parede em vez de fazer qualquer reparo real. Vergonha realmente porque os trabalhadores são super simpáticos e prestativos.

This place could be so great. In fact, when I stayed here a few years ago, it was. Relatively cheap compared to other hotels in the area and free parking. Now, the parking is no longer free, it’s $22/night. Additionally, it seems like there has been little to no maintenance done in the 6 or so years since I last stayed. The hotel smells damp and sour like a poor basement or something. To try to cover this up, there’s overpowering air freshener in all public places. The first night we stayed in a room with 2 queens. Everything looked, at minimum, hygienic. Not like super clean (smear marks on glass/headboard look greasy) but clean enough not to completely gross me out. The second night we moved to a larger 2 Queen suite with a pull out. The room was more comfortable size wise but this one was just dingy. Spots on the sofa, Debris on the bathroom floor. Super tiny sinks, one of which looked like it might fall off. The place just looks like it needs a deep clean. A little TLC. When I asked for housekeeping to come back, I was told they were gone for the day. It looks like the owners just decided to pay a 15 year old to haphazardly throw some paint up on the wall instead of doing any real repairs. Shame really because the workers are super nice and helpful.

Despreparado para grandes festas - os quartos não ficavam prontos até às 17h30, o check-in era às 15h00. Falta de suprimentos e roupas de cama nos quartos e para camas extras. A fechadura não funcionou na porta do banheiro, a porta do armário não fecha. Outra sala tinha um sprinkler pendurado em seus fios. O café da manhã era lento e despreparado para a quantidade de pessoas que usavam o hotel. Café embalado quarto era o único café disponível. A equipe foi gentil, mas apática. O que pagamos não foi o que deveríamos ter recebido. Unidades ac / calor sujas. Sem sinais de "não perturbe". Falta de toalhas por pessoa no quarto. Ficamos felizes por ter um lugar para ficar para um grande evento na ATL, mas esperávamos ter quartos preparados, comida suficiente, roupas de cama e toalhas adequadas e infraestrutura não perigosa. Havia muito espaço para estacionamento. Os chuveiros têm boa pressão e calor.

Funcionários muito simpáticos, quartos de um tamanho muito bom. Sem cair sobre malas e outras coisas. Limpar. Precisava de um pouco de atualização, mas seriamente muito mais feliz naquele hotel, então o tamanho e a limpeza do que tivemos que obter este ano em Atlanta pelo preço

Staff very friendly, rooms a really nice size. No falling over suitcases and stuff. Clean. Needed a bit of updating but seriously much happier at that hotel then the size and cleanliness of the one we had to get this year in Atlanta for the price

Unprepared for large parties - rooms were not ready until 5:30, check in was at 3:00pm . Lack of supplies and bedding in rooms and for extra beds. Lock didn't work on bathroom door, closet door doesn't shut. Another room had a sprinkler hanging from its wires. Breakfast was slow and unprepared for the amount of people using the hotel. Packaged room coffee was the only coffee available. Staff was kind but apathetic. What we paid was not what we should have received. Ac/heat units dirty. No "do not disturb" signs. Lack of towels per people in room. We were happy to have a place to stay for a large event in ATL but expected to have rooms prepared, enough food, proper bedding and towels, and non-hazardous infrastructure. There was plenty of room for parking. Showers have good pressure and hot.

Achei o hotel muito adequado para minhas necessidades. Eles não têm controle sobre o que acontece na vizinhança e, honestamente, a área melhorou do que costumava ser. Havia uma presença visível de segurança à noite em frente à entrada. A equipe foi muito agradável a minha única reclamação real foi o preço que eu fiquei em um sábado e paguei o dólar superior.

I found the hotel very adequate for my needs. They have no control over what goes on in the surrounding neighborhood and honestly the area has improved from what it used to be. There was a visible security presence at night in front of the entrance. The staff were very nice my only real complaint was the price as I stayed on a Saturday and paid top dollar.

EL PEOR SERVICIO. Solo aguante 2 noches el 27 y 28 de enero en la noche la persona de guest service tenía una actitud malísima, hasta me hizo bajar en pijamas a recoger mi Uber eats. Pesimo servicio tuve que cambiarme al HYATT que POR EL MISMO PRECIO recibí un excelente servicio. Nunca volveré a confiar en esta marca.
