“They do NOTHING for Ambassadors NOTHING! no waters, no welcome bag NOTHING! The franchisee of this place is CHEAP! I made a 12 day reservation late November 2022 and cancelled it as I was checking in. I ask the girl at the front desk for a couple of waters and she said I would have to pay for them as she already gave me points as my welcome gift. I booked it for another 12 days Jan 2023 know I wasn't going to get treated like an Ambassador should (my mistake again!). Checked in last night got up this morning and NO COFFEE in the room. Got to looking and didn't give any liquid dish soap for the sink. Every other residence inn has these staples. HORRIBLE!! Parking is a public garage that you have to pay for everytime you come in and out of. If I can find another place I'm out of here! If the owner wants to reach out to me that would be fine but being as cheap as he is I highly doubt it. So I decided to stick it out here because it's so close to where I'm working. Well I should have left. Cleaning I ONLY once a week. All they did was change my sheets and give me fresh towels. They left empty bottles of water and a packers of dish soap on the counter. DID NOT TOUCH the kitchen. Not even a new dish towel. Disgusting! There are plenty of other places to stay. Go somewhere else!!!!”

“I might give this hotel three stars if it wasn't in Minneapolis. But it's in Minneapolis, which apparently holds a riot in the streets all night every night. And I'm not talking about a party, I'm talking about a riot. There really is no sleeping with that incessant honking and yelling and shouting. If you think the reputation Minneapolis has earned the last couple of years is unjust, just go see for yourself. The place is a total dumpster fire. And this hotel is in the center of it. The actual room was pretty clean, and the bed would have been comfortable if it hadn't been for the noise outside. And I'm not just talking about one night. This was my entire stay. That's just the way things are there. I got this place because it had a stove in the room that I didn't actually end up using. And because it had breakfast. But I can tell you that I've stayed at a lot of motels that had much better breakfast to offer in this place. I wouldn't even call the warmed over defrosted stuff they served food. About the best you're going to do is one of their packaged Greek yogurts or a cold boiled egg. Everything else is highly processed and probably adulterated. It's really basically a continental breakfast if you know what I mean. Hotel staff was friendly. But in retrospect I should have stayed outside the city center. Before I left for the airport I stayed one night at a very nice quiet a very nice, quiet, affordable hotel that even had a shuttle and was right on the blue line so you didn't have to risk getting mugged or something to get back and forth. I won't mention the name of that hotel in this review, but I will ride a positive review for that hotel. But the bottom line is unless you have a really good reason to be in Minneapolis. go anywhere else. I felt safer wandering around Oakland or New York City. I would never just freely wander at night in Minneapolis. It's taking your life in your hands.”
