Horrible experience. Too much to list. I have photos that Marriot should be ashamed of. The staff was cold/rude at first but I wouldn't let up and eventually, she opened up and cracked a smile. The room was falling apart, stained carpets and couches, one closet door, large screws protruding from cabinet walls, the shower was a wreck and gross, dining chair was ripped and falling apart. It shows very well in the photos but not in the room we had. The hot tub was out of order as well. I do have to say that we felt we were treated differently than other patrons (some other reviews mentioned the same thing). Maybe cause we are from the north, not too sure, but I am overly friendly to everyone no matter.... didn't get the same feeling in return. Made a complaint to Marriot and they gave me 5k in points after I had to redeem 20k in points to stay here....complete waste! Oh and try to find a number to call Marriot to complain...good luck I will stick with Hilton properties and customer service!!

Melhor hotel que já fiquei por um longo período de tempo. se você esqueceu alguma coisa em casa. O Walmart e o clube Sams ficam a 2 minutos a pé.

Best hotel I've ever stayed in for an extended period of time. if you forgot anything at home. Walmart and Sams club are a 2 min walk away.

O gerente / atendente com quem falei mostrou alguma atitude racista em relação a mim, tenho sotaque, mas falo inglês fluente quando liguei pela primeira vez para fazer a reserva, a pessoa com quem falei teve dificuldades claras em me entender. Desarrumei minha reserva nunca pedi desculpas nunca enviei um e-mail para confirmar, embora ela dissesse que sim, ela continuava repetindo que eu havia reservado o quarto para um adulto, eu poderia ter um sotaque estrangeiro, mas para me virar assim, a reserva foi feita para 3 adultos e 3 cães inicialmente, então apenas 2 cães!O quarto está imundo e em condições horríveis.

El gerente/asistente con el que hablé mostró cierta actitud racista hacia mí. Tengo acento pero hablo inglés con fluidez cuando llamé por primera vez para hacer la reserva. La persona con la que hablé tenía claras dificultades para entenderme. Arruiné mi reserva, nunca me disculpé, nunca envié un correo electrónico para confirmar, aunque dijo que sí, incluso repetía que había reservado la habitación para un adulto. Puede que tenga acento extranjero, pero para darme la vuelta, la reserva se hizo para 3. Adultos y 3 perros inicialmente y luego solo 2 perros.La habitación está sucia y vieja y en pésimas condiciones.

The manager/attendant I spoke with showed some racist attitude towards me I have an accent but speak fluent English when I first called to make the reservation the person I spoke with had clear difficulties understanding me. Messed up my reservation never apologized never ever sent an email to confirm although she said she did she even kept repeating that I had booked the room for one adult I might have a foreign accent but to turn me around like that the reservation was made for 3 adults and 3 dogs initially then only 2 dogs ! The room is filthy old and in horrid conditions.

Bom hotel e bons quartos. A maioria dos funcionários foi bom, no entanto, minha bolsa foi roubada do meu quarto enquanto ainda estávamos fazendo o check-in. Eu recomendo esses hotéis, mas talvez não este local se você valoriza seus pertences.

Buen hotel y bonitas habitaciones. La mayoría del personal fue agradable, sin embargo, me robaron el bolso directamente de mi habitación mientras aún estábamos registrados. Todo el tiempo sentí que solo estaban haciendo los movimientos y no les importaba si recuperaba mis cosas o no. Recomiendo estos hoteles pero tal vez no este lugar si valoras tus pertenencias.

Good hotel and nice rooms. Most staff was nice however my purse got stolen right out of my room while we were still checked in. The whole time I felt like they were just running through the motions and did not care if I got my things back or not. I recommend these hotels but maybe not this location if you value your belongings.

Personal excepcional, las amas de casa son dinamita. Siempre encontrarás invitados llorones, porque quieren algo gratis. Si la habitación era como usted la describió, efectúe el check-out de inmediato y váyase. Los invitados no siempre tienen razón, algunos son estúpidos y les gusta quejarse.

Equipe excepcional, as donas de casa são dinamite. Você sempre encontrará hóspedes chorões, porque eles querem algo grátis. Se o quarto era como você descreveu, faça o check-out imediatamente e saia. Os hóspedes nem sempre têm razão, alguns são Asinine e gostam de reclamar.

O Hotel carecia de manutenção. Def considerar quem você deve deixar ficar no hotel em várias ocasiões eu podia sentir o cheiro de maconha no corredor. Os banheiros são muito velhos e mofados, bem como carpete sujo em geral em todo o edifício ... Localização terrível também!

Eu sou membro Marriot e este tratamento de hotel me tratou como tão ruim porque eu reclamo que o quarto urina. O gerente assistente me disse que eles não podem fazer nada de mim. Que péssimo atendimento ao cliente. Mas estou prestes a fazer uma reclamação com a sede do hotel Marriott. Por favor, não fique neste lugar

The Hotel lacked maintenance. Def consider who you should let stay in the hotel on several occasion i could smell weed in the hallway. Bathrooms are very old and moldy as well as dirty carpet overall in the whole building... Terrible location too!!

Exceptional Staff, the housekeepers are dynamite. You will always find whiny guest, because they want something free. If the room was as you described, check out immediately and leave. Guest are not always right, some are Asinine and like to complain.

No tiene los estándares de un hotel Marriott. Cada superficie de la habitación estaba sucia. Había suciedad y mugre visibles en los interruptores de luz. Limpié la encimera y la toallita quedó repugnante después. La bañera estaba manchada y alrededor del desagüe estaba moho. El inodoro no se limpió correctamente, cuando levanté el asiento estaba sucio. Gracias a Dios, la recepción tenía toallitas de limpieza para que pudiera limpiar la habitación lo suficiente como para quedarme en ella. Si no fuera tan tarde cuando llegamos, habríamos cambiado de hotel. El personal era amable, pero claramente este hotel no tiene estándares de limpieza.

Nem de longe os padrões de um hotel Marriott. Cada superfície da sala estava suja. Havia sujeira e sujeira visíveis nos interruptores de luz. Limpei o balcão e o lenço ficou nojento depois. A banheira estava manchada e ao redor do ralo estava bolor. O banheiro não foi devidamente limpo, quando eu levantei o assento, ele estava sujo. Graças a Deus a recepção tinha lenços de limpeza para que eu pudesse limpar o quarto o suficiente para ficar nele. Se não fosse tão tarde quando chegamos, teríamos trocado de hotel. A equipe foi amigável, mas claramente este hotel não tem padrões de limpeza.

Not at all the standards of a Marriott Hotel. Every surface of the room was dirty. There was visible dirt and grime on light switches. I wiped off the counter and the wipe was disgusting after. The tub was stained and the around the drain was mildew. The toilet was not cleaned properly, when I lifted the seat it was dirty. Thank goodness the front desk had cleaning wipes so I could clean the room enough to stay in it. If it wasn't so late when we arrived we would have switched hotels. Staff was friendly but clearly this hotel has no cleanliness standards.
