A equipe estava bem definitivamente não parecia feliz com seus empregos. Não ficaria aqui novamente.

Me alojé aquí por 4 noches para un viaje de Salem. Olor a agua sucia de la ducha, pelos en las paredes de la ducha, tuve una ducha tibia solo 1/5 días helada, de lo contrario, niños gritando y jugando en la cancha de baloncesto después de la hora de cierre, niños tocando alimentos durante el desayuno continental, las camas son cómodas, así que yo les daré eso. El personal estaba bien, definitivamente no parecía contento con su trabajo. No me volvería a quedar aquí otra vez.

Stayed here for 4 nights for a Salem trip. Dirty water smell from shower, hairs on shower walls, had a warm shower only 1/5 days freezing cold otherwise, kids screaming and playing in basketball court past closing time, kids touching foods during continental breakfast, beds we’re comfortable so I’ll give them that. Staff was okay definitely didn’t seem happy about their jobs. Would not stay here again.

I'm not very impressed to be honest. There's on site laundry but you must pay to utilize the washer and dryer, which is very annoying.The pull out couch was disgustingly dirty and falling apart on the bottom of the mattress.Televisions wouldn't allow you to hook up your own Roku and the TV lagged very badly when changing channel or scrolling the TV guide.There's a full kitchen however the is no oven.

Fácil chegar a. Quarto era limpo, a mobília era bastante confortável para a mobília do hotel. Cama king size era muito confortável. Cozinha tinha café, Cracker Barrel Restaurant muito útil, apenas a 2 minutos a pé. Fácil acesso à I-495.

Easy to get to. Room was clean, furniture was pretty comfortable for hotel furniture. King size bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had coffee, Cracker Barrel Restaurant very handy, only a 2 minute walk. Easy access to I-495.

Em primeiro lugar, o "concierge" estava dormindo atrás do balcão quando chegamos e não parecia muito emocionado por acordá-lo! Não é um grande negócio para nós, mas deu o tom para a estadia com certeza! Entramos em nosso quarto e a primeira coisa que minha esposa e filho veem é uma barata correndo pelos queimadores elétricos! Então, nesse ponto, ou vamos até o cara irritado e solicitamos um novo quarto, provavelmente sendo colocado em algo pior, ou perdemos um precioso tempo dormindo procurando em todo o nosso quarto! Nós despojamos o quarto e procuramos cada centímetro! Encontrei mais um! Pelo que cobraram esperávamos muito melhor!!! Faça um favor a si mesmo e reserve com o Fairfield Inn como estávamos indo e imediatamente me arrependi de não ter feito! Ficamos em muitos hotéis antes e este foi de longe o pior! Além da "suíte" realmente pequena, baratas, vizinhos barulhentos e irrestritos que nunca foram atendidos nem às 3 da manhã enquanto festejavam muito alto, pessoas fumando na piscina e deixando seus filhos fazerem o que quiserem (ninguém do hotel nunca veio para a piscina btw) e outras questões o café da manhã era lol decente! Eu expressei minhas preocupações para eles e fui ignorado por nunca ter recebido uma resposta! Não é o que você esperaria de um hotel Marriott!!!

First and foremost, the "concierge" was dead asleep behind the counter when we arrived and did not seem too thrilled we woke him up! Not a huge deal to us but it set the tone for the stay for sure! We walk into our room and the first thing my wife and son see is a cockroach running across the the electric burners! So at that point we either go down to angry guy and request a new room most likely being put in something worse or waste precious sleeping time searching our entire room! We stripped the room and searched every inch! Found one more! For what they charged we expected a lot better!!! Do yourself a favor and book with the Fairfield Inn as we were going to and immediately regretted not doing! We've stayed in many hotels before and this by far was the worst! Aside from the really small "suite", roaches, loud and unrestricted neighbors who were never checked in on even at 3am while they partied very loudly, people smoking at the pool and leaving their kids to do as they wish (nobody from the hotel ever came to the pool btw) and other issues the breakfast was decent lol! I voiced my concerns to them and was ignored having never received a response at all! Not what you would expect from a Marriott hotel!!!

Os quartos parecem imaculados e são muito grandes. Temos um fogão, geladeira, freezer, microondas e máquina de lavar louça. Cada quarto tem seu próprio banheiro. Este é o melhor hotel em que já ficamos com nossa família de 6.

Passamos duas noites aqui e voltaríamos com prazer. A propriedade é um pouco mais antiga, mas um dos poucos Residence Inns a ter 2 suítes; ótimo para viagens em família com muito espaço .. Localização conveniente e funcionários prestativos.

Excelentes velocidades de internet, quase 150 a 200 mb! Muito bem equipado e limpo e adorável suítes de um quarto. Artigos de toalete de tamanho completo, de alta qualidade, lavanderia conveniente e uma localização muito tranquila, considerando a proximidade da rodovia. Bom, pequeno-almoço quente com muita proteína oferecida. Altamente recomendado.

Las habitaciones se ven impecables y son bastante grandes. Tenemos una estufa, nevera, congelador, microondas y lavavajillas. Cada habitacion tiene su propio baño. Este es el mejor hotel en el que nos hemos alojado con nuestra familia de 6.

Rooms look pristine and are plenty big. We have a stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. This is the best hotel we've ever stayed in with our family of 6.

Spent two nights here & would happily return. The property is a bit older but one of the few Residence Inns to have 2 bedroom suites; great which for family travel with lots of space.. Convenient location & helpful staff.

Excellent internet speeds, almost 150 to 200 mb! Very well equipped and clean and lovely one bedroom suites. Full sized, high quality toiletries, convenient laundry and a very quiet location considering how close it is to the highway. Good, hot breakfast with plenty of protein offered. Highly recommended.

Muito limpo. Excelente localização com a rodovia, gás, comida e sendo próximo a Lowell, Andover cidades vizinhas. Eu sou um cara do Marriott e posso conseguir um quarto por um número razoável de pontos. Mas, grande mas, parecia-me que havia muitas famílias residentes de longo prazo lá. Também estávamos lá quando um torneio de basquete estava na área e todos eles estavam hospedados aqui. Então isso significava gritar alto e correr crianças para fora da nossa janela às 11, 12, 1 e 2 da manhã. Bolas de basquete sendo dribladas até altas horas da madrugada. Hoopties cruzando com o baixo aumentado para "onze" então minha janela chacoalhou, pessoas buzinando, rolando para fora de seus carros para rir e pisando em seus quartos acima de nós. Crianças apenas vagando pela propriedade olhando nas janelas do carro. Eu sou tudo sobre um bom tempo, mas também há uma coisa como cortesia e respeito pelos outros. A maioria dos moradores na noite em que estivemos lá não sabia o significado das palavras. A gerência precisa ter segurança andando pelos jardins e manter tudo sob controle.

Very clean.Great location with the highway, gas, food and being proximate to Lowell, Andover surrounding towns.I am a Marriott guy and can get a room for a reasonable number of points.But, big but, it seemed to me that there were a lot of longer term resident families there.Also we were there when a basketball tournament was in the area and they were all staying here.So that meant loud yelling and running kids outside our window at 11, 12, 1 and 2AM.Basketballs being dribbled until the wee hours of the morning.Hoopties crusing through with the bass cranked up to "eleven" so my window rattled, people honking their horns, rolling out of their cars to laughter andstomping their way to their rooms above us.Kids just wandering around the property looking in car windows.I am all about a good time but there is also such a thing as courtesy and respect for others.Most of the residents the night we were there didn't know the meaning of the words.Management needs to have security walking the grounds and just get it all under control.
