“Room was clean, nice large room.. We were on 3rd floor and asked staff person to put us in a room that was not near the elevator and our room was right next to it, also , the room above us was so loud, someone kept walking around and the ceiling kept popping and snapping, not much sleep.”

“Good location and the size of the room was nice. The night front desk person was very kind and helpful. The room was dirty when I checked in and she brought clean linens and helped me change the bed. Room was extremely dirty. There was hair all over the sheets, blanket, and pillow when I checked in. The same with the towels. There was mold growing around handle of stand up shower door. I tried to talk to housekeeping but they didn't understand.”
