Hotel muy ordenado, limpio y cómodo. Estuve allí para la celebración del árbol de Navidad 3. Comí 4 allí y estaré allí más de 10 días. ¡El vestíbulo tiene un olor muy específico que aún recuerdo de sus fotos! Personal muy profesional. Vale el precio. El hotel está en una ubicación muy estratégica cerca del apartamento diplomático de Jianguomenwai, el hospital canadiense (clínica UFH Jianguo), a 5 minutos a pie del parque Ritan. Cerca de U-town, The place, Parkview green, Silk Market malls. A 1 minuto hay un restaurante cantonés abierto las 24 horas, además del restaurante BLT, cajero automático, Starbucks, Subway, cocina de Yunnan, el supermercado Jenni ’Wang (amistad), el centro comercial de la felicidad, iMax. Paseo de 2,2 km hasta la ciudad prohibida y la plaza de Tian'anmen. Puedes ir directamente por la calle Jianguomen hacia el oeste en bicicleta. Cerca de farmacia, spa y ... 5 minutos a pie hasta la salida B, línea 1,2 de la estación de metro Jianguomenwai.

Hotel muito bonito, limpo e confortável. Eu estava lá para a celebração de 3 árvores de Natal. Tinha 4 refeições lá e estar lá mais de 10 dias. O lobby tem um cheiro muito específico que ainda me lembro das fotos! Pessoal muito profissional. Vale o preço. O hotel tem uma localização muito estratégica perto do apartamento diplomático Jianguomenwai, do hospital canadense (clínica UFH Jianguo), a 5 minutos a pé do parque Ritan. Perto de U-town, The place, Parkview green, shoppings Silk Market. Um restaurante cantonês 24 horas fica a 1 minuto de distância, além do restaurante BLT, caixa eletrônico, Starbucks, Subway, culinária de Yunnan, supermercado Jenni 'Wang (amizade), loja da felicidade, iMax. Passeio de 2,2 km até a cidade proibida e a praça Tian'anmen, onde você pode ir direto para a rua Jianguomen a oeste de bicicleta. Perto de drogaria, spa e ... 5 minutos a pé da saída B, linha 1,2 da estação de metrô Jianguomenwai.

Very neat, clean and comfy Hotel. I was there for 3 Christmas tree celebration. Had 4 meals there and be there more than 10 days. The lobby has a very specific smell that I can still remember from its photos! Very professional personnel. Worth the price. The hotel is in a very strategic location near Jianguomenwai diplomatic apartment, Canadian hospital (UFH Jianguo clinic), 5 minutes walk to Ritan park. Near U-town, The place, Parkview green, Silk Market malls. A 24hrs Cantonese restaurant is 1 minutes away in addition to BLT restaurant, ATM, Starbucks, Subway, Yunnan cuisine, Jenni’ Wang supermarket (friendship), happiness mart, iMax. 2.2Km ride to forbidden city and Tian’anmen sq. that you can go straight the Jianguomen street to the west by bike. Near drugstore, spa and... 5 minutes walk to exit B, Jianguomenwai subway station line 1,2.

El portero respondió con mucho cuidado y amabilidad, por lo que fue útil ir a cualquier parte. Aunque la hora del cóctel en el bar estaba disponible con el privilegio de platino, el contenido de la merienda era bueno y el ambiente tranquilo y pude pasar un tiempo significativo. Es uno de los hoteles que me gustaría visitar de nuevo.

Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel - está bien cuidado, limpio y hermoso, con amplias habitaciones. Los servicios ofrecidos son excelentes; como el mayordomo, la gran selección de desayuno buffet incluido, descuentos en comida y spa; y las horas felices. El nivel de servicio y el deseo de hacer felices a los huéspedes supera las cinco estrellas. Estoy muy viajado y creo que nunca me he encontrado con un personal tan amable. Todo el personal va más allá para hacerte sentir bienvenido, con un reconocimiento especial para Neil en el servicio de conserjería; Effy en la recepción; y el administrador de la propiedad Henry; por hacer mi estancia tan agradable. No recuerdo los nombres de las otras personas con las que interactué; los mayordomos y botones, pero todos fueron útiles. Durante nuestra estancia utilizamos el spa; el desayuno cada día; y cenamos en la propiedad. Sin quejas. Estaría ansioso por volver de nuevo a esta propiedad y recomendarlo a futuros viajeros.

Hoy tomé café en el St. Regis Hall. El ambiente sigue siendo tan bueno como el servicio. También se sirve cocina japonesa. Los platos japoneses deben ser fortalecidos.

O porteiro respondeu com muito cuidado e agradavelmente, por isso foi útil ir a qualquer lugar. Embora o tempo de cocktail no bar estava disponível com o privilégio de platina, o conteúdo do lanche era bom e a atmosfera era calma e eu era capaz de passar um tempo significativo. É um dos hotéis que eu gostaria de visitar novamente.

Eu recomendo este estabelecimento - é bem conservado, limpo e bonito com quartos espaçosos. As comodidades oferecidas são ótimas; como o mordomo, a grande seleção no buffet de café da manhã incluído, descontos em comida e spa; e as horas felizes. O nível de serviço e desejo de fazer os convidados felizes é além de cinco estrelas. Estou muito bem viajado e acho que nunca encontrei uma equipe tão graciosa. Toda a equipe vai acima e além para fazer você se sentir bem-vindo - com reconhecimento especial para Neil no concierge desk; Effy na recepção; e o gerente da propriedade, Henry; para tornar a minha estadia tão agradável. Não me lembro dos nomes das outras pessoas com as quais interagi; os mordomos; e bellman -mas todos foram úteis. Durante a nossa estadia, utilizamos o spa; o café da manhã todos os dias; e jantamos na propriedade. Sem queixas. Eu estaria ansioso para voltar novamente a esta propriedade e recomendá-lo aos futuros viajantes.

Hoje, tomei café no St. Regis Hall, o ambiente ainda é mantido tão bom quanto o serviço, a culinária japonesa também é servida e os pratos japoneses devem ser reforçados.

I would highly recommend this property - its well kept, clean and beautiful with spacious rooms. The offered amenities are great; such as the butler, the large selection at included breakfast buffet, discounts on food and spa; and the happy hours. The level of service and desire to make the guests happy is beyond five stars. I'm very well traveled and I don't think I've ever encountered a staff that is so gracious. The entire staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome - with special recognition for Neil at the concierge desk; Effy at the front desk; and the property manager Henry; for making my stay so enjoyable. I don't remember the names of the other folks I interacted with; the butlers; and bellman -but all were helpful. During our stay we used the spa; the breakfast each day; and had dinner at the property. No complaints. I would be eager to return again to this property and recommend it to future travelers.

One of the grand old dames of Beijing ...formerly a members only sports club where important members of the party and the foreign community worked out this sits right in the heart of embassy row in Beijing on very very expensive real estate. The rooms used to be one of the best in town (competition in recent years have unfortunately made this a historical as opposed to a current claim ) and the writers bar was a favorite as well as the garden courtyard but the food has always been a let down - but the charm and old world grandeur continues to make this place a favorite for many a traveler. Wander far enough into the hotel and you will come across a very very good Chinese tea shop

I stayed in the St. Regis in August, 2018 with my 8 year old child. I did try to write a review directly on the Marriott/SPG web-site but now with the merger 100% "official" it did not allow me to. I read all the reviews......and was a little concerned to stay here (I am SPG/Marriott Plat. for Life). But it was an amazing hotel for my first trip to China (with an 8 year old in tow!). Trust me, it was not "perfect" but after a very long days of sightseeing with millions of Chinese tourists, the St. Regis was the perfect escape! Pros: amazing breakfast, excellent happy hour (5-7pm), wonderful "business center", 6 minute walk to the "subway", very nice rooms, the SPA was superb(recommend the "chinese massage") and the in-door poor was excellent to "cool" down after a hellish hot day in Beijing! Cons: "butler service" was horrible (tea I ordered for the 7:00am was arriving at 9:30pm??!!), very little English spoke by the concierges, no wake-up call and spa was confirming my appointment at 10:30PM - woke me up! They do need to work on their "customer" service. But the good-bye we received from the staff (general manager to bell boy) will be a wonderful memory. A special thanks to Effie at the front desk - she was a delight to speak to every day and her help was priceless! For the price-point, the St. Regis Beijing offers an excellent experience! Enjoy!

The St.Regis Beijing is one of the most amazing hotels in Beijing. I have visited many other hotels in Beijing and none are really as homely but at the same time luxurious as the St.Regis. I have visited The Charadon hotel and the four seasons hotel and although they are amazing I still prefer the St. Regis. The kindness and overall politeness just makes this hotel stand out. They have amazing food including many meats and seafood, Chinese food western food and of course, desserts. The Italian food and the breakfast food is the best in my opinion, as their pizza is so exotic yet simple it's impressive and the bacon is cooked to perfection. I don't eat seafood because my body is incapable of eating it but the food at the St.Regis was so exotic and smelt so good it was so tempting not to eat it. The staff are really polite and kind. The salad bar ran out of passion fruit, and I asked the staff if they had more. They apologized and said they would have more in just a minute. Five minutes later a kind staff lady delivered a passion fruit salad with grapes mint presented beautifully and apologized for the lack of passion fruit at the bar. The gardens are amazing at the St.Regis and were filled with flowers trees and water fountains. The inside of the hotel was so homely and sweet while maintaining luxuriousness to show that you weren't at any ordinary hotel. I would definitely go to the St.Regis hotel if I had to choose.
