“Se eu solicitar um quarto silencioso no momento de fazer uma reserva, não é lógico que me dêem ao lado do elevador e com um bar no andar de baixo, que é o próprio hotel que fecha depois da 1 da manhã e depois começam a cobrar , com o ruído que geram, porque a sala não era à prova de som. Por outro lado, o desjejum muito desorganizado, sem medidas cobiçosas, as pessoas amontoavam-se na máquina de café que era feita de cápsulas e mesmo sem leite. No domingo desci para ser pontual às 8 horas porque estava com pressa e o bufê ainda não estava pronto e nos fizeram esperar 10 minutos com os quais tive que correr para o café da manhã e mal, quando tinha pedido com antecedência a hora do desjejum, se eu sei que sou coxo da sala sem ele. Sem dúvida, o pior NH em que já estive, não vou voltar, com certeza.”

“Had a really pleasant stay here with my father while I was in Madrid for the weekend. The underground station was about 5 minutes walking from the hotel. The hotel staff was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and it was a great idea to elongate the time for which you could have breakfast. As my father and I overslept after walking 25 kilometres the previous day. It was a relief to see that the breakfast lasted till half past ten, instead of half past nine. All in all I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is in Madrid for a quick stay.”
