“O gerente noturno John é além de incompetente, muito desdenhoso e nada do que eu esperava de um atendimento ao cliente em uma propriedade W. Reservei uma estadia de 3 noites, mas percebi que pretendia reservar uma estadia de 4 noites. Após a reserva on-line, liguei 5 minutos depois e falei com ele e ele disse que todos os quartos estavam reservados e eu estava sem sorte. Basta cancelar a reserva, ele diz. Eu o informei que, de acordo com os termos on-line, não era reembolsável. Ele diz não se preocupe, vou autorizar o cancelamento.Cancelo o quarto, entro online para reservar uma estadia de 4 noites e que surpresa, o quarto está disponível online depois que ele me disse no telefone que o hotel estava cheio. Reservei a nova estadia de 4 noites online, mas agora ele está se recusando a reembolsar minha estadia original de 3 noites. O QUE ESTÁ ACONTECENDO”
