“Hotel é um pouco caro, mas dentro dos padrões de NYC. O café da manhã é simples e bem honesto.Excelente localização!!! É possível ir a pé para Times Square e relativamente perto do metrô!!!”

“This hotel is terrible. First, I am a Marriott member and have stayed at many Marriott hotels before and never experienced any problems. I had checked in and within 3 minutes of being in the room I had to leave. There was a moldy smell and made me feel very sick and the bedding appeared very moist and was not fully dried and the bed springs could easily felt and it was disgusting. I let the hotel know that I was leaving and they come up to see the room, the "manager" said "you will get all your money back but it will not be immediately". A few days later I called hotels.com to see the status of the refund and they told me the manager told them that I stayed at the hotel the entire stay and that I cannot get any refund. I call back to the manager at the hotel and they said because I was in the hotel (for 5 minutes), they told hotels.com I stayed at the hotel. Overall: very shameful customer service in a hotel that needs a lot of work. Very embarrassing for Marriott. Avoid this dump.”
