“This hotel is terrible. First, I am a Marriott member and have stayed at many Marriott hotels before and never experienced any problems. I had checked in and within 3 minutes of being in the room I had to leave. There was a moldy smell and made me feel very sick and the bedding appeared very moist and was not fully dried and the bed springs could easily felt and it was disgusting. I let the hotel know that I was leaving and they come up to see the room, the "manager" said "you will get all your money back but it will not be immediately". A few days later I called hotels.com to see the status of the refund and they told me the manager told them that I stayed at the hotel the entire stay and that I cannot get any refund. I call back to the manager at the hotel and they said because I was in the hotel (for 5 minutes), they told hotels.com I stayed at the hotel. Overall: very shameful customer service in a hotel that needs a lot of work. Very embarrassing for Marriott. Avoid this dump.”

“Fui a New York con mi familia, éramos cuatro personas en una sola habitación con dos camas dobles. Para destacar: La limpieza de la habitación fue muy buena y sus empleados muy amables y disponibles a toda inquietud. La vista desde nuestra habitación era soñada!; Un día se activo la alarma de incendios y tuvimos que evacuar de emergencia, cuando se controló el asunto enviaron una carta pidiendo disculpas por el problema muy atentamente. Lo único negativo es que no tienen servicio de cama extra y que las puertas de los baños de la habitación son de vidrio, lo cual nos incomodó un poco la convivencia. Por lo demás, la ubicación, la limpieza y la atención excelentes.”
