“This resort was amazing! The rooms were great and kept a nice cool temperature. The food was great both at the buffet and the restaurants. The best part was how friendly and hard working the staff was from the bartenders, servers, pool cleaners, concierge, and entertainment staff (especially Alvin, Louis, and Samuel!) Always making sure you were having a great experience. There are always activities going on you can join, but can also just relax by the beautiful beach and pool as there is plenty of space. The nighttime entertainment is also a great way to end the day. I would absolutely come back to this resort and would check out this brand at other locations.”

“Excellent costumer service. The workers are very nice, food is good, rooms very clean. Even when the hurricane was here, the hotel staff worked very fast to fix all and keep the hotel in excellent conditions. They have an extraordinary room service. Excellent views to the ocean from their rooms. I could not find any problems in my stay, I will go again for sure!!”
