“Isn't a 5 star hotel but the group has a powerful lobby strength in Spain so the city allows it. Please read the other reviews about the noise. The doors, well you can literally see the light from the hallway through the cracks. The windows are useless and you can hear people talking on the street (from the 4th floor). The management team isn't properly trained and they won't do much to help. Many better hotels in Barcelona for your money. No, they don't have Mayan art. However, you can sleep”

“Nice hotel. The first room I was, had the air conditioning not working so they moved me to another room with a better view and a bigger size.In the new room, there was no coffee, no water, and the room itself was also very hot (as the first one).The employees were extremely nice. They gave me free tickets for the Egyptian museum that is literally one minute walking from the hotel.”
